TIME MANAGEMENT
Management should have a clear understanding of the picture as well as the frame and the worth of the business at any given moment. Secondly, time itself can not be managed and doesn't seem to want to fit into a gilted frame, it moves even if you don't. And the only time you get to manage is when you are by yourself, alone, asleep. The more people you add into the equation the more complex it gets. Also if you are constantly thinking to manage time you will always feel you are behind but never ahead. Therefore putting unnecessary pressure upon yourself and then you would feel overworked. Thirdly, all the best laid plans of managing time is all well and good in theory, thus they are out the window. By the time you have planned everything down to the last minutiae, you've wasted half a day. The only people who manage their time are those who are excellent at shoveling (sorry delegating) their workload elsewhere.
