MANAGEMENT WORKING STYLE
I am a Soloist in character. I am Cosmopolitan in origin. I am a Portfolio Manager in profession. SOLOIST The word Soloist has two meanings: "going it alone" and being "complete in oneself". Both apply. A great soloist makes you feel they are singing to an audience of one. A soloist is a person who communicates by a story, a feeling, something which has a sense of meaning. Not only to entertain but to inform, to subtlety touch others. COSMOPOLITAN When people have often asked me "Where do you come from?" My answer: "My mother's womb and my father's......" I have always regarded myself as cosmopolitan, have stated so and it is part of who I am. When I meet people I don't have to go very far to realise their diversity for myself when I converse with them. PORTFOLIO MANAGER The Portfolio Manager as a worker is distinct, I'll basically described them thus: Portfolio Workers are generalists, have inter-disclipinary knowledge and have multi-task experience, and are flexible of what industry they work in. To summarise, I would say I am a generalist in my experience but specialise in the field of business, improving my acumen over time.
